Francis received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, India in 2016. Prior to joining NSEL, he spent 5 years working as a scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (India), pursuing research into thermochemical conversion technologies to produce bio-fuels from waste. He joined the NSEL team at Monash University as a PhD student in April 2023. His research focuses on the use of 2-Dimesional materials for hydrogen storage and production.
